This includes a combination of empathic listening, creative thinking, valuation and synergistic output for reaching a positive solution. Typically, the three stages leading to starting our journey together would be as follows:

Business Evaluation Meeting (BEM)

This would usually last around 45-60 minutes and would involve developing a thought-provoking, big picture view of your current business situation from a time, team and profit point of view.

Business Diagnostic Review (BDR)

This constitutes the appraisal of your business from both a values and quantitative perspective. The BDR lasts around 2 hours and takes a more in-depth look at your business to establish where you are now in relation to where you wish to be. This is then followed by research and analysis by one of our team.

Prescription Feedback & Recommendations

This constitutes the feedback and is the outcome of the first two meetings. It can take the form of a detailed business discussion document, board meeting presentation, team presentation or focused training.
